New ‘Love, Death and Robots’ Trailer

With two weeks to go until the premiere of Netflix’s animated anthology series ‘Love, Death & Robots’, the network has released a brand new NSFW trailer which you can view below. Yesterday, I also posted a clip of Mary in one of the upcoming episodes which you can view here. I also added screencaps of Mary from the trailer below which you can see in the gallery.

Premiering on March 15, the show comes from Tim Miller and David Fincher and will touch on a variety of topics including racism, government, war, free will, and human nature, whittled down from hundreds of authors and stories, many of which were discovered by Miller decades ago. Each 5 to 15-minute-long segment was created by different teams of filmmakers from around the world, including animators from Hungary, France, Canada, and Korea among others.

First Look At Mary in ‘Love, Death and Robots’

Nextflix has been counting down the days until the premiere of the upcoming sci-fi adult animated anthology series Love, Death & Robots and in doing so, have been releasing small clips from each of the episodes that’ll soon be streaming beginning on March 15. Earlier this week, they released a short snippet of Mary that featured Topher Grace as her co-star in the scene.

If you recall, the two worked together in the 2012 social experiment ‘The Beauty Inside’. I’ve posted the clip of Mary’s Love, Death & Robots clip below and if you missed the trailer for the upcoming series, you can see it here. Just remember, it is NSFW.

The full roster of shorts will cover a variety of adult topics including racism, government, war, free will, and human nature. The anthology collection spans the science fiction, fantasy, horror and comedy genres and each short has a unique animation style: from traditional 2D to photo-real 3D CGI.

Netflix Releases Trailer for Love, Death & Robots

Netflix has released a redband (NSFW) trailer for the upcoming adult animated anthology series Love, Death & Robots from Tim Miller and David Fincher. The synopsis for the show is as follows:

“The full roster of shorts will cover a variety of adult topics including racism, government, war, free will, and human nature. The anthology collection spans the science fiction, fantasy, horror and comedy genres and each short has a unique animation style: from traditional 2D to photo-real 3D CGI. The creators were assembled for a global calling for best in class animators from all over the world including artists from France, Korea, Hungary, Canada and the US among others. The series draws inspiration from the eclectic and provocative comic book material from the 1970’s that influenced both Miller’s and Fincher’s formative interests in storytelling.”

Executive produced by David Fincher, Tim Miller, Jennifer Miller and Josh Donen, the series brings together world-class animation creators and captivating stories for the first anthology of short animated stories guaranteed to deliver a unique and visceral viewing experience.

The show will premiere on March 15 on the streaming service and stars Topher Grace, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Gary Cole and a huge cast of many other actors and actresses. According to Deadline, the episodes will be between 5-15 minutes long.

Mary Attends the Critics’ Choice Awards

Mary attended her first Critics Choice Awards on Thursday night with the cast of Fargo. While the show itself was nominated as was her costar David Thewlis, Ewan McGregor was the one who picked up the win for his work as Ray/Emmitt Stussy in the ‘BEST ACTOR IN A MOVIE MADE FOR TV OR LIMITED SERIES’ category. Mary was also nominated in the ‘BEST SUPPORTING ACTRESS IN A MOVIE MADE FOR TV OR LIMITED SERIES’, but lost out to Laura Dern.

The important thing is that she was nominated and appeared to have a good time. She rocked a pretty pastels Delpozo dress on the blue carpet and went with fellow actor/friend Ben Lewis.
