After it was rumored last weekend that Mary Elizabeth Winstead and Ewan McGregor were going to get married, the two made it official.
According to People, it was a “small wedding for family and close friends.” According to a source via the magazine, “they had an outdoor ceremony. It was lovely and joyful. The menu was farm-to-table. They are an adorable couple. They are pretty low-key and like their canyon life. They often hike and go to the beach.”

Mary and Ewan met on season 3 of FX’s ‘Fargo’ back in 2016 and welcomed their first son, Laurie, who was born in June 2021.Their rumored wedding date was Friday, 4/22/22.

Ahead of Mary’s upcoming wedding today, there have been new photos of Mary out in about in Los Angeles. The first set is of Mary out with her fiancé and his parents.

 

Then on Thursday, she was spotted grabbing some breakfast and coffee.

In some really exciting news, Ewan McGregor and Mary Elizabeth Winstead will be getting married later “this week”. The news comes from Page Six, where according to them, they will get married this Friday in Los Angeles after meeting on the set of season 3 of FX’s show Fargo back in 2016.

According to a source, “They are more in love than ever — and having their first child together last year just strengthened their bond.”

While I am not one to write up gossip stories about Mary on here, this is some really joyous news for the happy couple. Even if the wedding date is incorrect or not, I am still super excited for them!

Mary looked dropped dead gorgeous at Saturday night’s Producers Guild Awards held in Los Angeles. She was joined by her boyfriend/co-star Ewan McGregor.

I have to say this is one of my faaavorite red carpet looks of Mary’s in a while. She looks so beautiful! What do you guys think?

In some very cool and exciting news, it has been announced that Mary Elizabeth Winstead has joined the Disney+ limited series ‘Ahsoka’. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Mary’s role is currently being kept under wraps, but she is joining Hayden Christensen who is reprising his role as Anakin Skywalker and her Death Proof co-star Rosario Dawson, who plays the lead character Ahsoka Tano.

Jon Favreau is executive producing with production set to begin this spring in California.

Who do you guys think she’ll be playing? An already established character within the universe, or someone entirely new?

Netflix Developing a ‘Scott Pilgrim’ Anime Series

Yes! Scott Pilgrim VS The World is coming back! This time in anime format. According to Variety, the streaming service is developing an anime series with Bryan Lee O’Malley, who created the “Scott Pilgrim” graphic novel series, and will write and executive produce the anime version along with BenDavid Grabinski. The pair would also serve as co-showrunners.

Science SARU would provide the animation. Eunyoung Choi of Science SARU will produce with Abel Gongora onboard to direct. Edgar Wright, who was behind the film “Scott Pilgrim vs. The World,” would executive produce alongside Nira Park, Marc Platt, Jared LeBoff, and Adam Seigel of Marc Platt Productions as well as Michael Bacall.

This is such exciting news! Mary is great friends with all the people involved in this project, so it would be really cool if they got the cast to reprise their character’s voices for the series, but time will tell. No word yet on the cast or release date so stay tuned for updates!

Today marks Mary’s 37th birthday! Even though she’s not on social media to see this anymore, I still wanted to go ahead and publicly wish her a happy birthday and hope this is a good day with her filled with lots of laughter, good memories with her family and much more! In celebration of her birthday, I’ve also uploaded a brand new never-before-seen still of Mary as her character Huntress from ‘Birds of Prey’ into the gallery!
